Research
We will review the estimate and supplemental items and meticulously research each line item. We will review repair methods for each operation, ADAS components and calibrations, technical data sheets from the paint and body suppliers, “not included” operations, OEM safety inspections and position statements from the manufacturer. This research often uncovers parts which cannot be replaced with aftermarket or recycled, and parts which are not able to be repaired per the OEM.
We utilize AllData, MOTOR, and manufacturer collision portals to identify every step of the repair process, the way the manufacturers intend the repairs to be done.
